Sweet Serenity Advocacy provides nurse-led healthcare advocacy, care coordination, and medical transportation support for patients and families. We help you understand your medical care, navigate appointments, and arrange transportation to medical visits. Our goal is to serve as the bridge between patients, families, and healthcare providers - while offering peace of mind every step of the way.
Our Services
Medical Appointment Advocacy & Support (Core Service)
Sweet Serenity Advocacy attends healthcare appointments alongside patients to help them better understand their care, communicate with providers, and feel confident navigating medical decisions.
Transportation to and from appointments is provided as part of this advocacy service to ensure patients receive support throughout the entire visit.
Dialysis Support
For patients receiving dialysis treatment, Sweet Serenity Advocacy provide transportation to dialysis-related appointments along with support during dialysis care discussions to help patients better understand their treatment plans.
Care Coordination & Healthcare Navigation (Supportive Service) (Available for clients receiving ongoing advocacy support)
Guidance for patients and families navigating complex healthcare systems, including understanding care plans, coordinating care, and connecting with appropriate providers and resources.
Caregiver Support (Supportive Service) (Available for clients receiving ongoing advocacy support)
Helping caregivers better understand medical information so they feel confident supporting their loved ones and communicating with healthcare providers.
The Heart Behind Sweet Serenity Advocacy
Sweet Serenity Advocacy was created from a desire to help patients and families feel supported while navigating the healthcare system.
As a nurse, I have seen firsthand how overwhelming medical appointments, diagnoses, and care decisions can feel for patients and their loved ones. Many people leave appointments with unanswered questions or uncertainty about the next steps in their care.
Sweet Serenity Advocacy was created to bridge that gap by providing compassionate, nurse-led support during healthcare visits. By attending appointments alongside patients, helping them understand their care plans, and offering guidance along the way, my goal is to help families feel informed, supported, and confident in their healthcare journey.
